Returning a Defective Product
To initiate a return, please ensure you have the original packaging, receipt, and all the item contents. You can either visit our store with videos or images demonstrating the defect or email them to support@canadianvapeshop.com. While customers are responsible for return shipping costs, we will cover the cost of sending out a replacement. Once the defective product is received, our team will promptly dispatch your replacement.
